Educators dedicate time to collaborate with both colleagues and students to improve practice, discover and share resources and ideas, and solve problems.

While enrolled into Leadership Wallace State we had to collaborate on a presentation for our final in order to graduate the course. The presentation had to focus on what we thought there was a need for at Wallace State. Our team chose the need for a licensed therapist on campus. We worked together on the final and had to present it the the board which consisted of campus deasns and president. It was fun to work with other faculty and staff from around campus. Our team consisted of a music lab technician, a biology tutor, a marketing assistant and a cosmetology instructor.
